“The Winter Garden Restaurant and Red Cow Steakhouse & Grill both offer express lunch menus; a la carte and fixed price dinner menus and new world led wine lists.
 
The Winter Garden menu is classic in overall style but with some modern twists while the Red Cow Steakhouse & Grill serves a variety of dishes from lite bites to five course steak dinners. All steaks are 28 day aged and come from the highest quality, 100% Irish beef. Also serving a veriety of fish, poultry, vegetarian and pasta dishes, the Red Cow Steakhouse & Grill has a menu to suit every palette!”

If you prefer to dine more informally, breakfast, lunch, supper and snacks are served throughout the day in the Dublin hotel bar, lobby and mezzanine areas. Additionally, at the famous Red Cow Inn you are spoilt for choice as the variety of dishes available at the Carvery is almost endless.

Executive Chef Brendan O’Neill joined the Hotel ten years ago and has a wealth of experience in restaurants for some 40 years. He is also the Continental Director of Northern Europe for the World Association of Chef Societies which is the World authority on food

Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in one of the 123 executive rooms at The Red Cow 4 Star Hotel in Dublin City and awake refreshed for the day ahead with a
 
spring in your step. The air conditioned rooms are quiet, spacious and extremely comfortable, which makes them perfect to work in. Some 80% of rooms are designated as non smoking and five rooms are wheelchair adapted.

Rooms have either one double bed; two twin beds; or one double bed and one twin bed. The suites are the pinnacle of luxury and, as you would expect, they have extra features such as a king size beds, mini bars and bathrobes.
