There are 9 treatment rooms in the Hotel’s Elemis Spa. There is also a hydrotherapy pool which features 9 different areas which each provide a different water treatment. Other treatments include cleansing algae wraps, massages, exfoliating body polishing treatments and balneotherapy.  Rasul, which is an Arabic cleansing treatment, will also soon be added to the Spas list of therapies.

Detail of treatments:

Balneotherapy is a special bath which massages you using jets of heated water. It improves circulation, relaxes you and increases your energy levels. A Light therapy bath is a jet bath which uses coloured lights to relax and rebalance you Algae wraps are used to help heal skin problems, relax muscles and purify the skin, warm ‘micronised’ seaweed is used. A body polish is a special exfoliation technique, seaweed and Dead Sea salt are used in a special scrub to purify, cleanse and exfoliate the skin. A Vichy Massage is a massage technique which is used in conjunction with a soft, warm rain of water; this stimulates the skin and relaxes the muscles. The Elemis deep tissue muscle massage focuses on relieving stress and tension, using aromatherapy oils this massage can be tailored to suit the patient.
