With 92 bedrooms and suites in the main house, twenty four
magnificent garden suites with two spectacular bedrooms in each.
For guests joining your wedding with their families, we like to
offer our wonderful new villas at Parknasilla; with three
spacious bedrooms, a large open plan dining room and kitchen
with a feature fireplace. Parknasilla Resort can accommodate all
your guests from couples to families.

Rooms at the Parknasilla Hotel
Parknasilla Resort, Co Kerry offers a range of different
spacious bedroom and suite types. The design and standard of the
rooms vary between the main house, the west wing and the
courtyard. The individual styles of all the rooms reflect the
unique character of the hotel resort. Guests can decide on their
own style including the standard design of the West Wing
bedrooms, the antique design of the Executive Bedrooms in the
main house or the modern chic look of the Parknasilla Suites and
Courtyard Garden Suites. |

Culinary art embraces breathtaking views at the Pygmalion
Restaurant. Dine in Victorian elegance and comfort with wide
large windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Parknasilla’s
beautiful surrounds. Our expert chef’s menus boast imaginative
creations highlighting the best in modern Irish and
international cuisine, accompanied by the finest selection of
wines. All menu items rely heavily on locally sourced, Irish
produce including freshly caught fish, local farm vegetables and
prime Irish meat. Our wine list has been carefully selected to
complement the menus and to ensure there is something to suit
all palates. The great food and wine is served by our highly
trained, and more importantly, friendly waiting staff. |

Parknasilla’s Doolittle Bar
The Doolittle Bar at Parknasilla Resort, Co Kerry is bursting
with stories from the guests who have passed through during the
hotel’s long history. It is a place for joyous laughter,
relaxation, impromptu sing songs beside the piano, clinking
glasses, celebrations and precious moments of family time.
The bar is beautifully decorated in traditional style with dark
wood, crimson and green furnishings. A cold Irish day is the
perfect excuse to cosy up next to the crackling real fire with a
hot whiskey or creamy Irish coffee and a good book from our
selection in the library. On warm summer days the adjoining
patio is full of guests sipping cool refreshing drinks and local
beers and breathing in the fresh sea air. For a light bite or
lazy lunch the Doolittle bar is a great spot with idyllic views
of the lapping waters of Kenmare Bay and Parknasilla Resorts
lush grounds. |

 Parknasilla Golf Club
Parknasilla Resort, Co Kerry boasts the 12 hole Parknasilla Golf
Course. Located minutes from the main house of Parknasilla
Hotel; the course is open to both Resort residents and visitors
alike. With lush green fairways flanked by the Kenmare Bay and
the Kerry mountains and set beside the ruins of Derryquin
Castle; Parknasilla Golf Course is ideal for those looking to
relax and enjoy a fantastic round of golf. The course has
spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the rich subtropical
vegetation of the area provides a colourful backdrop to the
manicured fairways.
Playing this course is a must if you are in Kerry; all of the
holes are eminently playable by higher handicap golfers. The
twelve-hole course has a par of 69 (18 holes) with one par five
and two par threes.
A clever mix of open and tight fairways
gives the golfer an opportunity to open the shoulders safely at
some holes while doing so at one’s peril on others! |
