 Catering for numbers from 10 to 900, each of the hotel’s opulent banqueting suites are luxuriously decorated, and each have their own bar and facilities. The elegant Da'Vinci Suite can accommodate 250 guests, while the beautiful Rembrandt Suite can accommodate 180 guests. When combined, these suites can cater for up to 400 guests. The spectacular Van Gogh Banqeting Suite & Picasso Suite can cater for 500 guests. Combining the three banqueting suites, 850 guests can be catered for. The Van Gogh Suite, boasts it's own private entrance, bars and facilities.
Choose from a wide variety of sumptuous Wedding Menus, which offer an array of culinary delights guaranteed to leave a lasting impression. The hotel offers excellent cuisine and extensive wines all at affordable prices. Choose from the five course wedding meal with beef for €38, beef or salmon for €39, turkey and ham or beef for €39, or steak with choice of either salmon or chicken for only €40. These prices include a red carpet, champagne reception for the bride and groom, tea/coffee for all guests on arrival, as well as flowers, candelabras, menu cards, table plans, and much, much more.
 The qualified and experienced banqueting staff are fully dedicated to ensuring the success and fabulousness of one of the most exciting and important days of your life. With over 35 years of experience and over 5,000 Weddings to date, they are experts in creating Wonderful Weddings. Here, everything will be perfect on your special day. Each Wedding at the 4 star Hillgrove Hotel are guaranteed their own managers and banqueting staff, regardless of other functions being held at the same time. However, should you wish to be the only Bride in the Hotel on your special day, please call in and have a chat with one of their Wedding Co-ordinators, as there are a selection of "One Wedding Per Day Promise" dates available for 2010, 2011 and 2012.
The Majestic Monaghan Cathedral stands opposite the Hillgrove Hotel. There are Civil Ceremony and Blessing Suites on site. The luxurious Toulouse Lautrec Suite, decorated in ‘black-tie’ tones, is ideal for an intimate wedding ceremony or blessing. Alternatively, should you wish for a larger Civil Ceremony, you can choose from one of the Hotel’s larger suites. After your Ceremony, your Guests can retire to an entirely different Banqueting Suite, or everything can take place in the one room, the choice is yours. With such a wonderful array of locations throughout the hotel, your wedding will undoubtedly be picture perfect.
There are discounted overnight rates for your guests, complimentary accommodation for the bride and groom with champagne breakfast, and complimentary accommodation for the bride and groom’s parents. Packages can be tailored to suit each couple’s individual requirements and the Hillgrove Hotel’s Wedding Co-ordinators look forward to meeting each couple to discuss their special day.
The Hillgrove Hotel also offers special bridal and hen spa packages, including Sex And The City Parties, Girlie Weekend Escapes, Murder Mysteries and Rally Driving Weekends. With a Spa and Hair Salon on-site, pre-Wedding Pampering and Beauty Treatments for both Bride, Groom and Bridal Party are a speciality.

from a summer’s day champagne reception on our terrace or an intimate fine dining experience in our Andy Warhol Suite, to a larger banqueting in a choice of our elegant daVinci, Rembrandt or Van Gogh Suites. Packages may be tailored to suit each couple’s requirements and our wedding co-ordinators would be delighted to meet with you to discuss your special day.
