Belle Isle Castle Hotel is widely recognised as a high-class wedding venue and sits in one of the most beautiful locations in Ireland. This romantic retreat is hidden on one of the idyllic islands of the Fermanagh Lakelands. There are awe-inspiring views from the Castle of the water and the surrounding Irish countryside and the Castle dates back to the 17th century. After various lavish restorations the building is now a luxurious and desirable haven and it features antique furniture, fine paintings and has an old fashioned charm.
There are three excellent locations at which couples can tie the knot. There is an elegant drawing room, a marvellous and grand Hall and sunny gardens outside. If you choose to have your wedding outside, the lawns are ideal for a champagne reception and there are outstanding views of the Lough Erne which make for a delightful backdrop to wedding photographs. Your guests could then dine inside, at the Castle’s famous Banquet Hall which is incredibly commanding and opulent.
The fantastic culinary talents of our Head Chef and kitchen team will be at your disposal in delivering your own personal menu. Our staff use only the finest local produce to create sumptuous meals for you and your guests. An extensive wine list will also be provided for you to choose the very best wines to compliment your reception dinner.
Up to 14 guests can enjoy their own rooms at the Castle and additional accommodation can be found in the nearby Coach House and Courtyard Apartments or at the Estate Cottages which are equally delightful. The Castle’s Accommodation must be booked for a minimum of 3 nights by all wedding parties and 40 is the maximum number of wedding guests who can be catered for.
Use of the tennis courts and the croquet lawn can be enjoyed by the guests and the lake can be explored in one of our small boats. Or perhaps you would like to journey out in our 55ft wooden cruiser boat named Trasna, have a game of golf or visit one of the 3 National Trust properties located nearby.
